I doubt that many people care about the trophies from the 50s and 60s.

I don't care if there is anything in my old HS left from my days there.

I think the people that care most about this are those whos glory days ended when they graduated (something I can relate to on a college level).

So what? Doesn't mean you sell them in a garage sale. Just because people dont want you to throw away old memorabilia doesn't mean they are glory days meatheads.

Old photos, news clippings, and the like are worth keeping

I agree with pablo I have a state championship trophy with my name on it at my high school if they ever got rid of it I would want first chance to keep it for my children and grandchildren
