Best bar in Waco to watch game ? Thanks

The Waco A&M club has their game watching parties at the Salty Dog Sports Bar. Valley Mills/Cobbs in the Diamond Point Center.

Salty has gone to sheat. NO ONE is ever in there.

I've always enjoyed watching games there--although the owner is kinda sleazy. It's a pretty sweet set up with a lot of flat screens, and it's pretty new. The guy spent a lot of money. It's maybe 3 years old. I don't think it's been open long enough to have ever had a "good old days" period that's gone bad.

Update: The Waco Aggie club is still going meet at the Salty Dog at 6:30 Thursday. It'll just be a second somewhat impromtu Howdy Hour for this month instead of a game watching party.

oh yes it has. EVERY bartender was extrememly attractive and VERY cool. It was crowded but not body to body. Now it's a ghost town, and the bartenders are a bunch of dudes. The food is still good, but it has done a 180. Randy (the owner) just got a little cocky when he was raking the cash and allowed the great staff to walk.
