My friend lives in Chappell Hill Apartments and they are pretty nice for that price range.

chappell oaks and hill are very nice. on 2305 there are a few that seemed worthwhile (bluffs and woodbridge I believe).

if looking in Belton, Turtle Creek and Legacy Landing have a good price for nicer-mid apartments

If I had to go to an apartment right now, I wouldn't get one along 31st in Temple for what it's worth. Just too busy getting in and out of them, despite their proximity to shopping and eating.
