It changed names several times and eventually closed. The building is in really bad shape right now.

It was good back in the day. But I think it alternated between open and closed over the years and changed owners at least once, maybe more than once.

Last time I went was in around 2009. The food was mediocre, the building was in rough shape, and it was freezing cold in there. Even the staff was wearing heavy jackets. Just unpleasant...
