We got a type of Retriever who is about a year old right now. She is VERY skittish and crazy. Have problems with teaching her basic commands. I was thinking of taking her to Man's Best Friend in the Dallas area, as I've heard good things. Is there anyone in the Waco area good for basic training?

We used a guy who does hunting dog training, but it didn't seem to help too much.

Actually John Cunningham is amazing. He works up at petsmart during the week training dogs. His day job is a communications professor at Baylor.
