I have a little inside info on this. Apparently Dennard finally worked out some sort of deal with whoever was using the Wings N' More name in Houston. They have to change their name and Dennard will be franchising the "Express" locations throughout the state. Smaller than the large B/CS restaurants, but same wings, etc.

Wings N More... looking forward to it. I have loved their wings since my days in college. Enjoyed some last year when I was in Houston for a job interview (incidentally, that's where I learned the Houston restaurants were "separate").

Happy for waco. Wing Stop is sub par.
Temple has better with Wings Pizza n Things. Locally owned, and wings are huge! Great queso and chips

Yeah, and Mr. Mike's wings aren't bad either.

I've never been to a wings n more express. Do they have TVs for game watching?

Great! Now if only Temple/Belton could get a freebirds, i may never move. An hour and a half to football games, smaller town, the yard is starting to grow trees, found a good school for the kids. Life is good.

Was wondering the same thing Mom. My guess is one of those urgent care places, based on the drive through front? You don't see many restaurants like that.

Anyone been to Torchys in Waco? I drove by on their preview night. A few hundred Baylor kids and some homeless people were wrapped around the building and into the Wendy's parking lot to get some free tacos.

That place has the best wings of any place I've ever been

too bad WP&T doesn't take better care of the place. Everytime I go in there there the floor is greasy, or the bathrooms are disgusting, or ceiling tiles are hanging down.

It's been better recently.

We went to PWT last night and they are getting geared up to expand. Packed at 9 last night.

Only complaint is that their wait staff has Hootersish tendacies with tight shirts and short shorts.

I don't "mind" as a red blooded American man, but my 4 year old who likes to observe the world around him verbally commented on it and I got dirty looks.

Wife and I took the kids to Hooters all the time when they were little. They liked the fried pickles. They have a kids menu, crayons, and crap like that

I know dudes whose wives won't let them go to hooters

Waitresses wear Wind shorts, hose, tank tops, tennis shoes, crew socks....

Don't understand how that can remotely be equated to a strip club or something like it...

Is it the push up bras???

We were coming back from B/CS yesterday and stopped at the Love's in Hearne....there was a truck there pulling a flatbed with a very large "Wings N More Express" sign north from there....not sure where it was going, but one looks to be opening soon somewhere!
