Yep, they just started moving dirt out at the Freddy's.

Also, there will be a Carolina Ale House right next to the new Cavenders on 190. I think they just started on it too. Its a sports bar that's mainly on the east coast. After that is built, they are putting a Panera Bread right next to it.
