Has anyone been out yet this morning? My husband has to go to work and I was curious how bad things are.

Pretty terrible from what I've heard. Be careful!

Schools are closed, not delayed so probably not good. I wouldn't mess w 2305, 35, or the loop.

My husband made it to work with no problems. He works at Scott & a White and we live off of 31st so he didn't have to use any of the major highways.

They are hit and miss. I drove to work from west Temple to downtown, and my coworker came from east of town, and we both made it. There are spots where you need to be careful, and some vehicles can't seem to make it up some certain hills (like in front of the football stadium up towards Chic Fil A), but it is fine. People are way too scared of stuff like this. Just be smart, don't suck at driving, and come on in.

George Wilson is solid ice. Some fool got stuck trying to go up the hill. I'm not going any where. I can't imagine what the curve that merges 190 to 35 north is like. And I doubt 93 is much better.

Drove to Pizza Hut and looks alright right now. 35 seems to be moving pretty slow but it's moving at least. 31st and 2305 were wet but not frozen now.

Stay safe.
