Anyone with TW internet having speed issues? We are hwy 84 Speegleville Rd area. Issues for several days. TW tech support could not fix on phone. We should have 30 mbps down load. It is less than 5. Anyone else having issues? Tech scheduled to come out today. No show. Called & told no appt scheduled. Phone tech rescheduled appt for tomorrow but said he is in Austin w same issues. Other issues in last 60 days of poor service. Frustrated. TIA!

Had similar issues a whole back. They came out, replaced modem and all the line from house to service box. Called and complained about speed service and they gave me the new Cust rate, got 2 yrs at $15/mo.

Thanks. Great TW tech came out yesterday. Did complete testing & made new cable connections. Diagnosed issue. I am temporarily using a tablet while laptop in shop. Seems some tablets slow down internet speed. Don't know why but he showed by speed test with & w/o tablet. Without tablet consistently ran at correct speeds.

Just a word of caution, but then again this was 2005-2007,

TWC didn't work, had all lines replaced, some Tech Guy would show, it worked until about an hour later.

Call backs, waiting on hold for an hour,...

Moved south, they wanted my bidness, but it would take three weeks. I told them DirecTV can be here tomorrow.

They called back too late.

I have it in Eddy, doesnt seem to be any issues. And we use lots of bandwidth.

Absolute fiasco with TWC yesterday. I live in the Harris Creek area by the McGregor airport. Complete service outage for TWC (cable, internet, phone). Had to use a cell phone (with sporadic service since we live down on the creek) to call in the problem and was told various stories with each call. Last story around 4:30 pm was that 8 houses in Harris Creek had lost service. Since 81% of the area still had service they were not going to do anything until the next day. We asked if it was OK to pay only 81% of my bill but didn't get anywhere with that. They could not seem to understand our position that they were willing to tell 19% of their customers in any particular area to FO, or understand why we would feel that they didn't care about us as a customer.

They made no offer to cut our bill. When we asked specifically about that, they offered to throw in Starz for free for the month. Might as well have given me front row seats to WWE. Finally, around 6:15 a TWC truck pulled up and the service was back on in 5 minutes.

Almost every statement they made yesterday proved to be false if we got mad enough, such as "we can't transfer you to tech support but there is an 800 number you can dial", or "we can't transfer you to a customer complaint office but you can call the 800 number", or we can't get anyone out today" but they did. They even suggested that we knock on our neighbors doors to find the 8 houses without service and get them to call in and complain. It seems that their knowledge that 8 houses do not have service is not enough to send out a tech but if 8 families call and ***** loud enough and long enough, then the supervisors have to respond. I absolutely hate dealing with a company that forces you to get irate in order to do business with them.

We are signed up for Grande installation on Tuesday.
