Will have friends in from out of town a couple of times during the week this fall and I am looking for a place or two in Killeen with good beer selections and good prices. Perhaps a happy hour...

Preferably a place that has craft beer at decent prices

Carolina ale house isn't bad as far as selection goes.

Food is meh, not sure on how price compares.

Yeah they have an OK selection but their beer prices are high

I think my Dogfish 90 degree pint was like $8-9

I guess Pluckers or Old Chicago are worth a look

Haven't been to Twin Peaks or Tilted Kilt

Pluckers has good food.
I haven't had their beers yet.

I haven't personally been, but a buddy said twin peaks is jat an Applebee's with hooters style waitresses... Fwiw.
