Can anyone recommend a family dentist in Temple/Belton area, who accepts Guardian dental insurance? Besides my wife and I, we have two kids under 6. We've been with Crowson Dental in Belton for years, but I changed employers in July and Crowson is not an in-network provider with Guardian.

I don't know about your insurance, but I LOVE Verbena Dentistry in Temple. REALLY affordable. They don't do work you don't need and they are extremely personable. I needed quite a bit of work done this last year due to being a weenie and not going for 5ish years. They are GREAT! Worh a call to see if they accept your provider.

I know Scott and White's dentist is an Aggie. I just learned recently that he is the only dentist in the entire S&W system. No idea if he takes Guardian or normal insurance, but if you're looking for an Ag...

Anyone had any teeth pulled by any of these dentists? I need to get my wisdom teeth out and, since I'm kind of old to be getting this done, I'd like to make sure they know what they're doing.

Also, anyone know anything about Carus or Canyon Creek dental offices? They're both walking distance from where I live. So if I'm a little tipsy after they're done with me, I can just walk home.

It depends on if your 3rd molars are impacted whether I would want a general dentist to extract them. I highly recommend going to Dr. Jason Beck at Waco Surgical Arts. I know he went to TAMU but don't know if he graduated. He has both DDS and MD degrees.
