I mean, why guess? Just have her come on here and tell everybody what it is that she wants that she's not getting, rather than have everybody guess...

Seems like that would be alot easier since we don't know her and don't know what she likes to do

How old are your kids? Is she a homemaker?

Ratibor and Oscar store gets ally he ladies riled up. Downtown temple has some good food and bars.

You seem like a barrel of laughs.

They're in middle school. She's a teacher.

My suggestions--

Send her out for a couple of hours by herself while you engage in some quality time with the kids. Help with homework, ride bikes, whatever. It will be easier for her to enjoy alone time if she thinks y'all are having a great time. Some women recharge at the gym, some at the library, some at Target, some at the salon. You know her best. If you don't know, ask her! If you could do anything you want for the next two hours, what would it be?

Then, while she is off recharging, make your plan. Hire a babysitter, if needed. If your kids can babysit themselves, enlist their help. Go to HEB and get some flowers or a nice plant. Then, ask her out as if you aren't married. You are beautiful and interesting/smart/funny/whatever and I would love to take you to dinner tonight.

Inn on the Creek in Salado is special and romantic. Spare Time is silly and fun. A picnic with s'mores is original and sweet. It doesn't matter what you do--it matters that you are connecting. And--FOR THE LOVE--resist the urge to treat this as a transaction. You do, hopefully, love and respect your wife and want her to know she's cherished, whether or not she wants to visit Bonetown or not.

Do an old time country date. Go to Gatesville, eat at DQ or another local place and see a movie at the drive in.

I've really only noticed it around Christmas and valentine's day but what about going to Salado Glassworks on a weekend they are hosting a glass blowing event. I've thought about taking my fianc to the Christmas ornament one. Might be something worth looking into.
