OP was his first post and hasn't responded since this back and forth. The only assumption we can make(unless op says something differently), is it was a normal situation. His daughter was speeding. I'd save the $200 attorney fee and apply that to the ticket or ask the judge for DJ.
You are assuming stuff you have no clue about
You're just making stuff up
What am I making up? The OP said his daughter was speeding? What am I assuming??
The officer pulled her over for it
That doesn't mean she's guilty
The stop and corresponding charge is an allegation, not a conviction
So no, you have no idea what she did or didn't do, or what youre talking about
And who cares if she's guilty? She has a right to counsel. If you don't like that, or you think its out of line for a person to assert their rights to have representation, then move to a different country. Iran or Saudi Arabia may suit your needs.
And again, OP is a parent who asked us for help
But instead of helping, some people would rather jump up on their high horse and stick their finger in OP's face, and scold and judge the kid without having the slightest clue what her circumstances are or what actually happened
I thought our community was a place where people could come with a request for help, and we'd have the decency help if we could
I guess not
