So it seems there are 3 leagues in the area? Centex, Liverpool and Lonestar. Any thoughts on each of them? Any rumors about Liverpool leaving seem to be untrue. I'm thinking about giving up on the local "select" leagues and letting my daughter tryout for the Georgetown force. Just seeing if anyone else has opinions or experience.

Mine are still in Rec so I can only relay what secondhand intelligence I have. From my understanding Liverpool is still young. One of our friends that went from CenTex to Loverpool regretted their decision.

Don't know about lonestar .

Centex is a little more established and does fine. I would say that I will imagine that Liverpool will attract more Belton talent as time goes on, which feeds into BHS' continued success in the soccer program.
We've been in CenTex the last 3 years for rec league and it's been good for us, but we aren't ready for that much travel and commitment of select leagues.

There's also Cantera which has taken over as Liverpool and Centex have dissolves their relationship. Lonestar is based out of Austin and only place they practice is Heritage park on Belton. Liverpool has gone by the wayside, some people can and don't mind paying $1500 a year and not getting much in return.

Cantera is joining centex.

And Liverpool and centex haven't dissolved their relationship. The way centex has been the last several weeks has left a bad impression with me.
