Drove by it yesterday and the damage appears extensive but not a total loss. Im hearing they have their rebuild ducks in a row and are already getting after it.

most bbq places are smoking pretty early, especially if they have breakfast.

ironically, Millers had declared last Saturday as the last day they were serving breakfast.

You can tell the breakfast was stressful. One of the main operators (guy with dark hair and a mustache) is always chilling, but then every breakfast is in the kitchen trying to expedite. I think those UMHB kids do a good job when its more of an assembly line, but struggle in a scratch kitchen environment.

a whoooooole lotta those kids are actually HS kids or have been in the past. my son had a lot of friends that worked there through HS.
