I was picking up groceries at HEB curbside this past weekend and the HEB girl putting the groceries in the car next to me had her cart get away from her and ding into the back driver side door of my F-150, leaving a nice ding. Two different HEB managers came out and apologized and said they would be filing an incident report.

HEB is paying for the repair, I just have to get 3 quotes. So, if anyone has a good PDR guy they could recommend, I would be appreciative. I'm in the Energy Corridor if that matters.

Happened to me back in my last year in college at a Kroger. I got an estimate from some big repair joint that advertised all the time and from a dealership. I took those two estimates to a small shop, told them to beat the low one, then just touch up paint the dent and we split the money even. Small shop was game and paid me my half and we both had a good day.

Tell them $1,000. They caused the damage, what's their offer? If they balk, guess your lawyer could get involved.

How did you feel about their pricing?

Their work is top notch for sure.

$200 for two door dings. But they were noticeable on a new used car so to me it's worth it. They were fast and efficient not to mention pretty busy.

It's like the dings were never there. Amazing work.
