Looking around in Houston. I'm eyeing the Retrax Pro XR due to the rail/basket functionality. Open to suggestions.

Call Luke at Truck Alterations. He can give you his experience with that cover.

I have a lomax and am happy.

Dug up another thread for this question, but might get more traction here.

Is this guy an Aggie, or what is the connection? Sales tax situation being based out of NC could definitely be beneficial. Looking to get one for my new truck, and it seems like the Lomax Tri-fold is the popular pick.

I bought this one, and love it:

SyneticUSA bed cover

I like the retractable cover, because it rolls out of the way without blocking my window...and the slats are metal so they cant be cut. It's not 100% water proof, but dang near.

My only complaint was that I needed to improve the way the canisters' cover screwed in. I added rivets so it had a solid connection. You dont have to do this, but it's super easy, and you can buy a rivet tool for less than $20 on amazon.

Bought 2 through Luke. Super easy and was better than any price I could find online with shipping or local with tax. Good experience

I found an Undercover on FB Marketplace. Some parts were missing (lock and key, some mounting hardware, one gas strut) so I called Undercover and they replaced it all for free…about $150 worth of stuff. I only paid $400 for the cover. I had the time to be patient and found one that matched my paint

My Titan came with a Retrax, and I'm happy with it. It's more water-resistant than waterproof and the bin takes up a little room in the bed, but it locks and doesn't block the rear window.
