I still use a 15yr old porter cable. Works fine for most stuff.
If you have a harbor freight close by, the bauer polisher isn't bad for the money. That area doesn't need much work.

That 3D polish has some fillers that might wash out. you can clean the surface with alcohol after you've buffed to see if you got everything. The 3D polish will give you 3-9 months sealant protection also. If you're ceramic coated, you'll have to recoat after using this.
Below I used the 3D, rupes, and PC combo with ~20 seconds of buffing. Light stuff is gone. Some scratches are deeper and need more time. I didn't care since I was wrapping over this but it'll come out with a bit more time
