Greg Perry at Sewell Lexus in Dallas. Nice guy. After the additional dealer markup game at Northside Lexus in Houston, he found one in transit, called the day it arrived, and picked me up at the nearby airport the next day.
No games, I was at the dealership for less than one hour which included a test drive.

Yeah, I would stay away from Westside and Northside. I had issues with their service department. Not sales, of course, but why bother with the dealership if they won't work with you on the service side.

My Wife just got done helping plan a wedding for a salesman at Sewell Lexus in Dallas. I never met him but by the way he treated my Wife through the whole planning process and actual wedding day, I'd say he's a nice guy. His name is Alex Amaya.

Purchased a 2024 RX500h from Michael Hagee at Northpark Lexus at Dominion in San Antonio in July. Smooth and actually an enjoyable transaction. His Sales Assistant, Grifffen Lev, is one of the best we've dealt with in many vehicle purchases over the years.
