my mother recently purchased a new car and when they were running her credit they told her that her credit report was locked.....she unlocked it and then they said all good, here is your rate, it will be through this bank and she was on her way. well today she received a letter from said bank saying they couldn't accept her application b/c she had a credit score of 0.
whats next? will the dealership reach out to her or will she need to call the bank and work it out?
