Anyone here drive a 2024 GMC Acadia with AT4 trim? I ask specific to 2024 due to new engine with year model.
I prefer the looks of the 2024 to the 2023, and the Acadia AT4 seems to be to only SUV with a dedicated off road trim w/ leather ventilated seats that doesn't cost 65+K.

By off road trim I mean an off road capable trim that is not just a rim and tire package, but can handle daily washboard/washout potholes on a 7 mile gravel road trip.

How long are you going to keep it?

Acadias aren't popular around here as it is. 7 miles of gravel/washboard everyday is going to disintegrate that thing, and they're still mid 50k?

You need something on a truck platform.

The easiest SUV to find with cooled seats and the suspension to handle that is a lightly used GX460.

You should look at the 2025 Honda passport. Not sure if it is rugged in reality, but they advertise as such.

Neither the Passport or Pilot offer ventilate seats in the Trailsport trim

Based on your philosophy of use...i wouldn't get an Acadia. You need a truck platform

We've had 24 Acadia Denali for a few months and have been very happy so far. At4 looked cool but my wife wanted to Denali.

This is for my wife. I drive a truck and am trying to convince her to drive a truck, but she doesn't want one.
The 4-runner is also an obvious choice, but they are pricey.
I am also looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but Stellantis makes me nervous.

Im not in any rush yet because we still live on a concrete street, but once we move in a year or so, we will travel the gravel road daily.

If living on a gravel road and planning on keeping the vehicle good while I highly recommend a body on frame suv if you can't get her into a truck. New body style 4Runners come out later this month or next, new Prada style land cruisers, used GX are all mid size similar to an Acadia.

From what I've seen you can get into a new 25 4runner 4x4 limited for under 60k MSRP.
