Replacing starter on 2019 F150 with 5.0

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Difficult DIY job? Videos show just 4 bolts and fairly easy access underneath, or is it difficult without putting on lift.
Thanks for any advice- I would like to save 300-500 labor charges if it is doable. SIL is very good and will help, but don't know if it is real intensive.

As long as you can lift it high enough to get under, you should be fine.

Knees and back not withstanding.

2019 F-150 only has two bolts according to the video that I watched. and a couple of wires.

Starters are generally pretty easy if you can get to them.
So the greatest civilization is one where all citizens are equally armed and can only be persuaded, never forced. It removes force from the equation... and that's why carrying a gun is a civilized act.

Super easy, just don't over tighten the electrical connection as it's cheap plastic and will break (doh!, zip ties to the rescue).
