2021 Civic, 39k miles, noticed recently when making slow left turns in parking lot I hear a click/light knocking sound from left front wheel area. Doesn't do it when turning right or going straight. Could this be bad CV axle? Still under powertrain warranty so taking to dealer next week.

Cv joint time.

Not sure if that's covered by powertrain. That's more driveline.

Honda CV's are pretty easy to swap, so it shouldn't cost much.

Yep, CV - had it in my previous truck. Left untreated, clicking becomes grinding....ask me how I know.....
Nobody cares. Work Harder

Looks like CV joints are under powertrain per Honda Warranty...

Front-Wheel-Drive System
Final drive housing and all internal
parts, driveshafts, constant velocity
joints, front hubs and bearings, seals
and gaskets

Cool. Hopefully they don't try to weasel out of it by claiming a ripped boot from road debris etc.
