There aren't many of them around and most of them have pretty steep rebates on them already, so I'm guessing there won't be much room for negotiations. Can you negotiate rates with Ford or is that something they don't do? Also curious to know if anybody knows what the typical deposit on a vehicle is and how easily you can get them to ship a vehicle from another dealer out of state.

I bought a 2024, 2 door a couple months ago and didn't bother trying to negotiate the rate as I went in with my credit union to carry the note. However, feel like I got a decent price.

Edit: while I was getting the financing squared away, the dealer was wanting $1k for a deposit to hold it which I didn't do.

I'll probably do the deposit because the closest dealership with one that I want is over an hour away. I don't want to travel for a car that gets sold while I'm in route.

I think I'll go in with credit union financing and just see if they can give me a better rate.

Go get a credit union rate and use it to negotiate

I would use Ford financing if they are kicking in something extra then just go refinance it in a month or 2 at a credit union.
