Don't know if you consider a model X as full-size but aside from Tesla FSD? No personal experience but I've heard really good things about fords Blue cruise. Really considering a three row explorer with this feature.

Ironically just saw a thread below this saying it's not worth it lol

I've used Blue Cruise and Super Cruise. I'm partial to super cruise - but I'd reckon those two and Tesla are your 3 worth looking at
