Guy in a truck purposely bumped in to my car this morning, and then took off. I have a police report in, but they can't do anything. Can anyone look up a plate for me?

This is literally part of why you pay for insurance. Make them do it.

Yeah, stupid. Blocked the driveway when we were heading to the gym, and made the offer. Car wasn't for sale, but the dude was persistent and I was in a rush. He left his truck and I gave him my phone number and email to send his info. I filed the form with buyer unknown, but I don't think it will be accepted.
