Haha. To be fair I went from a king ranch to a king ranch.
The cheap side of me was trying to convince myself to get a Camry and pocket the rest of the insurance cash. Talked myself out of that with how much houston floods, particularly the entrances to my neighborhood. Also it's surprisingly hard to find a Camry in stock without the right red leather.
Have always liked the telluride so test drove it and liked it more than I thought. But still had concerns with service, quality, how well they hold value, etc. News of them being stolen regularly didn't help….
So convinced myself of the f150 but a lariat. Then this dealer came in cheaper than I could buy a lariat so I pulled the trigger. Biggest issue is needing something in stock and no dealers had lariats with upgrades I wanted, 7.4kw generator, without throwing every option possible on it.
