I know this topic has been beat to death over the years, but I haven't seen much recently, save for 1ags self install of the Bilstein Ford coil over kit. I'm looking at adding the same kit, or 6112/5160 to my '23. Where, in Houston (NW/Oak Forest), are we getting installs these days? thanks!

Harold's Car Car off Long Point - talk to Gilbert. He did install on my F150 and alignment for pretty cheap. That is who 1ags referred me too but I'll hang up and let him chime in if there is someone else.

Telge Automotive did a good job on mine.

If you're willing to head out to Cypress - Stop by Telge Auto and talk to Richard.
Tell him the TexAgs Auto board sent you.

If you're doing the Bilsteins, it's just a coil swap with them set on a different level. It's pretty simple, quick job if you have real strut compressors...

Found one of the old topics discussing the swap on my truck (including pictures).

Just to add, I think you'd find the rears very easy with basic tools and YouTube instruction.

Would save you a few hundred

Yeah, I can definitely do the rears at home. The fronts might be a little more challenging and, since I'll need an alignment, just prefer to go to a shop that can do both.

I have the Ford Performance Parts M-18000-F15B kit sitting at my house that I never installed on my F150 if you go that route. One note that you may already know, the FPP kit just has a setting for a 2-in lift on the front. The non-FPP version of the Bilstein has multiple settings for a front lift (0.5" to 2.5")

I used All Out Offroad in Tomball for mine. Did Fox 2.0s all the way around w/ Toyo A/T III 34" on my 22 F-150. Could not be happier with them.

You really don't want to diy this? It's not bad.

In a previous life I would have been all over DIYing. That's just not me, anymore.

I have the fox coil overs in the front of my F150. I think they're a little stiffer than my bilsteins on my last truck but not bad at all.

I've had both Fox and Bilstein on past F150s and also prefer the Bilsteins.
