Looking for a Hyundai dealer who can help with an online purchase and trade in. My wife is in the market for a white Sante Fe with leather interior and remote start. Any help would be awesome. We both teach and coach so getting in on any day other than Sunday is difficult.

It's 2025. There shouldn't be a single dealer out there who CAN'T do an online deal.

Don't do white hyundai paint. We're having hell dealing with it flaking off and hyundai not wanting to fix it and we're not the only one.

The first question they ask is when can you come in.

You politely decline and say you will come in only once to sign papers. You become the sucker sitting captive in their dealership.

You flatout should be able to do this unless you're flatout dealing with a low rent poser dealer

Find a different sales person, I bought a palisade in Denver 2 yrs ago via text/email. We went in person to figure out what we wanted, once we knew trim level I texted/emailed a couple different dealers. I bought from the lowest priced.

This. If they insist on coming in before they'll talk numbers then just move on to other dealers.

My wife's Sonata did it. Actually caught it on driveway camera failing. Just spontaneously burst like a zit, then started flaking around it. We were a few months past the extended paint warranty they added.

He did ask about not only negotiating the deal, but also getting a price on a trade-in. To be fair to any dealer, it is unlikely anyone is going to be able to give you a realistic trade-in value without examining your vehicle I would think

They definitely will. There will obviously be caveats and they'll confirm when you get there that the condition matches what you told them. But in my experience they wanted the obvious stuff, year, mileage, condition, etc. pictures of the entire truck and pictures of the windshield.
