Anyone know where I can request a build sheet for a Ford. I've done it with GM in the past but not with ford.

I saw that site but looks like 2020 is the most recent year available.

FYI - discovered build sheet for my 2023 f150 is not accurate after haggling w/ my insurance co for a couple of weeks after they totaled it. Apparently Ford likes to play games with what packages are included and then saying they are giving a discount for some package they never actually included to begin with.

I would question the build sheet your insurance used. If you bought new, there are serious legal implications of providing an inaccurate Monroney.

I'm guessing insurance companies are pulling the build sheet based off of the VIN?

There are more than a few Broncos from this timeframe that aren't identified correctly by the VIN. My 2022 Base was identified as an Outer Banks on my insurance. When I traded it in, I got a higher offer than expected and even specifically told the dealership it was a Base. When it hit their website they had it as an Outer Banks priced higher than my initial purchase price when I bought it new.

I remember once instance on B6G where a user posted pics of their "new to them" Bronco and said it was an Outer Banks, but it was obviously a Base because of the different exterior trim. In the discussion, a number of posters said they were seeing the same VIN mismatch with their Bronco trims.

Maybe the F150s had something similar going on???

Actually I reviewed the build sheet that was pulled with the vin by JD Powers and progressive insurance and compared with my window sticker. And yes, there are legal implications for what Ford is doing because it is very deceptive and likely a DTPA violation. From my 2023 f150 xlt truck, I have the 302A package. Specifically I had the sport version. On the build sheet 302A includes the chrome package AND the sports package. However, you can't have both (ie: chrome bumper and a painted bumper). The sticker doesn't specifically list chrome or sport - rather it just shows it includes the 302A package. On the window sticker Ford prices the 302A package at $5,955 (there is not a separate price for chrome and sport so they include both in the pricing). They include the $5,955 to get to the "Total Before Discounts" on the sticker = $57,700. Then they make it look like they are giving you a deal when they subtract $2,000 from $57,700 as a discount for "XLT Chrome or Sport" for a "Total Savings $2,000." However, the $2000 is the price of the chrome that was never included but they make it seem like I'm getting a deal. The dealer even included that when they advertise their total dealer discounts. It's not a "discount" for something you don't receive. Hope that made sense. I had to go to the manager of the supervisor of my claims adjuster at Progressive who couldn't figure it out looking at the build sheet and he had to call ford to confirm this was the case.

As a result, all of the comps my insurance co used has the 302A package so they assume they are all chrome versions so they adjust by (1) reducing the value of my truck by $1,425 for "listed but not present OEM XLT chrome Appearance Package" and (2) increasing the price of comps to add "XLT sport appearance" of between $1,121.96 - $1,334.81. But obviously they deduct more from my vehicle than they add to the comps.

Can you post a picture of your window sticker. In my almost 11 yrs in the car industry I've never see an incorrect Moroney sticker. Not saying it didn't happen or I don't believe you, just never seen one.

See if this works. This is the window sticker, excerpt from the build sheet, and part of the settlement value showing the insurance company's calculation subtracting the value of the package that was not actually included.

Your window sticker shows Sports package (order code 862) & is correct with regards to the packages your truck came equipped with, per federal regulations. That sheet of paper is incorrect, as you stated you can't have a chrome and sport package on a vehicle. If you have any other questions I'm happy to help, my contact is in my profile.
