Has anyone ever had a windshield that smears when wiping? I have changed wiper blades 3 times and they just smear and leave windshield hard to see through until wind dries it off. I had gotten the replacement windshield after a rock went thru the first one.

You might see if you can adjust the tension the wiper blade has on the windshield. Make sure the wiper has a pretty good bend on it when you lift it off the glass
