Is there any way to fix this? We looked at a used black Highlander yesterday and it had them all over the car. Interestingly, 50% of the dark colored cars in their used lot also had them.

Yes, any good detailer can fix it.

Most used car depts just run them through the machine and wipe them down with the same dirty microfiber cloth.

When you say "polisher swirl marks" are you saying the hologramming done by rotary polishers? Or, are you using the common vernacular of "swirl marks" that most everyone uses to describe normal scratches on a car? The reason I'm confused is the latter is more accurately referred to as spider webbing, as you mentioned as well.

Just want to be clear. Either way, a good dual action polisher like the Rupes or the Flex (and even others) can get those out in the hands of a fairly skilled detailer, especially with the right polish.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry, yes, to be clear, it is those large circles typically caused by a rotary polisher.
