Not sure all the options. But I priced it on kbb as base level with standard options and it's saying 24k give or take for private party.

Best way to get a retail price is get an offer from CarMax, Carvana and others. This would be a wholesale/trade in price. Add a few thousand and justify it with new tires, upgrades etc.
