I have a back-flip style hard tri-folding cover in good condition that I need to sell. It came off of my 2021 F-150 Raptor so should fit any F-150 of that generation with the short bed. I have no idea how much to sell this for. $200? It is already removed and in my garage. Let me know if you have interest. Will post in the Classifieds section but wanted to put it here first. Located in 77079 Houston

I have 2022 f150 xlt with 5.5 foot bed.
I think it might work with that.
If 1ags doesn't take it after he hears what brand can I be next up for consideration?

The brand is "Armor Flex" which seems to be owned by Real Truck. The quality seems to be pretty good

how easy is it to install/uninstall?

I'm not sure how easy it is to install as the dealership did it, but it does not look complicated. Like all folding hard bed covers (that I know of), it will leak a bit if it is sitting out in hard rain, but does not seem to leak much at all if you drive through rain (i.e. keeps luggage dry on a road trip). No issues with security - you have to open the tailgate to be able to open the cover, so mostly secure. I have all of the parts.
