I have a 2016 Mazda 3 i Touring with ~92K miles that I'm looking to sell.
It has new front and rear brakes and a new AC. I've owned it for the last 2 years.
The car is in Plano and I'm interested in offers. It's a good car with some cosmetic issues but is very mechanically sound.
I would guess the value is around $7500 or so. I honestly don't know and am looking for offers.

I change the oil with synthetic regularly.

What is the salvage title for?

I believe it was in a wreck and the right front was damaged. From what I remember it wasn't a bad wreck and has been great the last two years.

It's a rebuilt title and was in a wreck that hit the right front. When I bought it the carfax showed what was repaired and I remember it not being bad. That's why I ultimately decided to buy it for my daughter.

It's been a very reliable car the last two years.

That price sounds reasonable if it is really a rebuilt title (not salvage) and has mismatched wheels and busted fog lights. Assuming the 92k miles is an accurate reading that can be shown in in the carfax. Assuming the interior is in good shape. If you have two wheels of each design, put them on the same side.

This car could go 15k miles a year for 10 years and cost someone $7500 (probably a bit less), it's not for cosmetic nitpickers

I meant if the repairs are that bad I wonder what other corners were cut when they put it all back together. It may well run for another 100k but if the frame is compromised I wouldn't want to in the passenger seat when it runs into a telephone pole.

Generally you can search the web using the VIN and find photos from when it was at auction after the wreck, and at least visually try to determine if you think the frame was compromised to a dangerous degree. Personally, I wouldn't worry about the frame as there is some DPS inspection process post repair in order to get an official rebuilt title (I believe). I would tend to worry more about the airbags, if they previously deployed then I would worry about IF they were repaired, and how well. I would not put my kids in a car with compromised airbags, but many cars are declared totaled and become rebuilt titles and the airbags never went off.

That's not paint match, it's just primer. It actually prolongs the life of the car
