2021 Honda Odyssey (wife's day to day), just out of warranty mileage.

No major issues with the vehicle so far, but do want to look at getting an extended warranty for peace of mind after an onboard computer system failure that clocked in at $1900 to get the A/C to respond.

I saw an ad the other night for CarShield, so I reached out to them online - extremely pushy, called over and over and won't get me a quote in writing until I sign with them.

Are there any other companies that anyone can recommend? I'm just now jumping in on this process.

I think Fidelity is still the gold standard. You can find dealers online who offer discounted plans. Make sure you get an exclusionary policy and read over everything excluded.

For a Honda, I'd put the $3-5k you'd pay for a warranty in a savings account. It's not a car where you're likely going to have another high dollar repair justifying the warranty cost.
