I can see someone paying what they are asking. It's a unique vehicle, so its hard to say what its worth.

Worth more if it was diesel.

Seems $10-15k over priced to me. I see C150 Centurions show up on FBM every few weeks selling in the teens to mid-20s. 350/4wd chassis and the miles are worth a premium, but I think $54k is PowerStroke Centurion pricing.
