Long warmup with kb swings, squats, push-ups, rowing, 800m run, lunges, etc.

Hyrox race prep fitness test:
45 mins:
Row 1000m
Run 1000m
Ski Erg machine 1000m
100 alternating lunges with a 65# sand bag on shoulders
100 wall ball shots 10' at 20#
Then run for distance in remaining time.

Score is distance in remaining time. Goal is to re-test every six weeks and build work capacity to maximize run time while keeping pace that allows good run effort at end.
