Run 800m
The 3 rounds of:
20 burpees
15 alternating hang power clean with 50# dumbbell
10 toes to bar
Then 200m single arm farmer carry 50# dumbell
Stretch
Then kayak a couple miles on lake Austin and swim a bit.
