If you have any interest it is a pretty good spectacle. They are also still looking for volunteers (which gets you in free, free shirts, some other goodies and good eats).

Fairly certain. He partners with Charlie Lima to run the Classic every year and they split proceeds between Project Mayhem and Ronald McDonald House. In the past, whatever "box" raises the most donations prior gets to send one of their athletes to be Rich's teammate during the competition. I assume that is how they are still doing it. Froning usually is the one that designs the workouts for the competition.
