Most of yall know i am broke down old man now. I need a new shoulder. Well, i woke up Monday morning in complete pain. I have spent the last 3 days pounding 2400 mg of ibuprofen, rolling out, sleeping on my massage chair, body tempering..
I could not get any relief.
Today i figured the issue was my shoulder and spent all day looking at shoulder replacement surgery, with the understanding id lose my job if i did because I know my company would take the opportunity to get rid of me as FMLA ran out.
I would of paid multiple times for someone to pull my arm of, just to get relief. I thought i was completely screwed.
With nothing to lose, i purchased a theragun. Ive worked on the knots in my neck but could not hit where i thought the issue was. My wife came home and she worked areas i had no idea were problems. First time in 60 hours were the pain didnt at least contemplate brushing my teeth with a revolver
I am sold. I am a little emotional for not being miserable in 3 days.
