Track night...Football scrimmage going on had people all over the place, we ran around them to get the workout done but skipped the wu, cd, and a set of 400s.
2 x (4 x 400 @5k pace, 2 x 300 @5k + 100 recovery).
4 x 200 @3k + 200 rec.
