Ran a 5K 'race' at the track to see where I am in my prep for a 10K in a month.

The results were not encouraging and during my cool down run I now have a sharp pain just above my kneecap, so not sure what that's all about.
Consistency: It's only a virtue if you're not a screw-up.

Lots of single leg weighted pistol squats, jumping and agility drills. Lateral movement work. Deadlifts, running on treadmill, etc.
