5 miles around the local lake and back. Started out nice, then the storm moved on, the sun came out, and started to bake me from the pavement up. Sometimes the hard ones are the best for your body. BCS 10K in 1 month!

Cant wait to share a beer with some of you great Ags on Kyle field. Although if the splits from my watch are correct, you might have to wait a minute or two for me.

Coach had us do a part partner workout today:

Part 1: 16 minutes: 1 person row 500m while the other does 30 unbroken wall ball shots, then switch. Any drops, pauses, breaks is a 5 burpee penalty. The wall ball shooter should finish first and get a bit of rest time.

Part 2: individual work: 20 minutes of
10 KB sumo deadlift high pulls @55
10 alternating single arm KB bent rows from the floor
10 burpees into pull-ups
:30s L then R side plank
