Second to last PT session.

Did some jumping, running, hopping, jumping patterns, lateral movements, then a bunch of strength and control training on the legs. Pistol squats up and down off a box with a 25# KB, single leg RDL, balancing on a single leg on a thick foam pad and touching heel and toe of the other leg front, side and behind in controlled movements, etc. my legs were tired when we were done.
