I've grilled up a bunch of rosemary chopped chicken and steamed/grilled chopped veggies to make pre-made meals with.

I'm looking for some ideas for more flavor, like a spice mix or sauce I can add. Low calorie is best, don't need much, anything pre-made like a dressing or condiment or sauce is fine. Garlic, sweet, savory, whatever.

Just looking for a good idea of something very easy that so haven't thought of yet.

I also like condiments like Yellowbird's Serrano or Habanero if you like a little heat. HEB has them

Chili crisp makes everything better. On paper… yes it is pretty high calorie if you look at serving size, but I usually use probably a quarter of serving size and it still brings loads of flavor to anything really.

Absent that, just find a generic chili or hot sauce you like and use that.

Chili garlic sauce is awesome. It's the red stuff in a clear jar with the green lid. It's calorie-free, although there are variations that contain sugar and/or oil. I'm not sure that it goes with Rosemary, but it's great on chicken, turkey, and in eggs.

Problem is, there has been a shortage for months and it's been kind of hard to find at groceries.

I really like several of the Flavor Gang brand sauces. I would check a few of those out online and see what sounds the best for your tastes,

Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but we have substituted Greek yogurt into a lot of dip/dressing recipes for a lighter option and when you're using it more as a drizzle/for flavor I can hardly tell the difference between that and the "regular" version.

I recently bought a large jar of chili crisp recently from Costco that is really good. I find myself using it several times a week.

I'm also a fan of the Teriyaki and Mongolian Garlic sauces made by Good & Gather at Target. It's in their International section. A tablespoon of these is usually enough to add plenty of flavor.

I also buy jars of sauce from Pluckers and use about a tablespoon at a time as well.

Great ideas. Chicken and steamed/grilled veggies is pretty flavorless so anything with some flavor or umami goes a long way.

this is good sauce.

I've also been eating a quarter red onion and an avocado (if you're cool with the good fats) daily with my chicken breast and veggie bowls for some added flavor and filling. A small, 100g avocado (seed not included) is only 170 calories and really helps me feel full throughout the day.

Some good ideas. I did a little habanero honey mustard sauce yesterday and it worked well. The extra spicy kick makes you forget the rest of it is sort of bland.
