My gym coach recently won first in the DEKAfit world championship race in her bracket in Dallas, so to celebrate: we got this 12 days of Xmas style workout:

1 x 13m sled push 360# sled
200m run
3 strict pull-ups
4 ground to overhead (snatch or clean&jerk) 45# sandbag
5 burpee broad jumps
600m row
7 wall ball shots 20# to 10'
8 push press sandbag 45#
9 push-ups
10 Alt lunges with sandbag 45#
11 calorie ski Erg machine
12 burpee pull-ups

I like them because none of the set sizes are ridiculous but by the time you get to round 12 you have done a ton of reps of whatever.

I mean, you end up 4200m just from the rowing…
But it keeps changing and you have a clear goal to get to that last count from 12 to 1 and done!
