11.25 miles. So much water on the paths, then the rain returned for the last 3-4 miles. Once you're soaked, wth, you're not going to get any wetter.

Can't run or roll BJJ for a few months (quad tendon injury), so did 200 dips and 300 dumb bell shoulder raises just to get outside and move around.
Consistency: It's only a virtue if you're not a screw-up.
