I've just started getting back in to working out, and I don't really have time to go to the gym, so I'm trying to figure out quick exercises I can do at home that don't make a lot of noise that will wake up a baby. So far, I've started doing; jumping jacks, push ups, kettle bell swings, farmer carries, burpees and riding an exercise bike. We also have a treadmill, but i hate that thing with a passion. If y'all have any ideas of what else I can incorporate in to my routine, that would be most appreciated.

Other than a 25lb and 15lb kettlebell, that's it. No bench or barbell, or dumb bells. Oh, I also have access to some bands, if i remember correctly they go up to "75 pounds" Like, they're different colors, the strongest one is a thick purple band.

Consider Street Parking. Sounds perfect for the equipment and time limitations you have.

I agree with this workout. I still do this a couple times a week. Amazing workout you can do anywhere. It will burn fat and create muscle. Can do it in under 30 mins.

It is pretty expensive but I've had Tonal for 5 weeks and love it. It is like having a full gym and personal training in my house with minimal space and hassle.

  • Pull up bar - get a band if you need assistance to loop over your knee. If you can find a TRX strap system, you can attach and do all those workouts
  • Push up bars
  • Kettlebells (35lbs is all you need) - can do upright rows, all the usual KB stuff, overhead press, curls, even a single arm chest press/fly on the floor
  • Get a weighted sandbag with lots of straps/handles - besides all the usual stuff, you can do curls, rows, overhead squats, presses, swings, and even throw it on a backpack and ruck with it.
Nobody cares. Work Harder

Run outside. For general fitness, do a 3 mile run with 6 to 9 segments where you run all out for 30 secs to 1 min. If there's a loop you can do around the block, that works.
Get your heart rate up.

Was gonna recommend this. Get a set of dumbbells and a Beachbody subscription. P90X is a really good starting place.
