Modified my regular upper body routine with a couple of lower body lifts moving forward, starting with today. Each week has varying number of reps depending on progressive overload. All DB exercises at home.
Mondays are now:
3x One arm row
3x shrugs
3x bench press
3x pullovers
4x curls
3x squats
3x calf raises
3x lying tricep extensions
3x lateral raises
